Knowledge_On-The-Go_Grade-4Level 4 Module 3 Part 3: response

In concept 3, students complete their investigation of the anchor phenomenon, elephants’ ability to sense rainstorms from a great distance. To dive in, students apply what they know about sensory structures and receptors to explain how animals respond to information in their environments with behaviors that support survival, growth, and reproduction. Students then apply their knowledge of animal senses and responses to plants. This knowledge builds the answers to the Focus Questions: How do animals respond to information about their environments and how do plants respond to their environment?
